The hotel distinguishes between "short-break" packages with a fixed
duration of 2 to 4 nights and classic "week-long packages" that require a
continuous stay of exactly 7 nights.
Are ski passes already included in the Hotel Held winter offers?
Packages specifically labelled "ski packages" include the Zillertaler
Superskipass. This pass entitles the holder to use all 544 kilometres of
slopes and 180 lifts throughout the entire Zillertal for the exact duration
of the booked package.
Do declared wellness packages include guaranteed treatment times?
Wellness packages include wellness vouchers (e.g. worth EUR 30 to 50) that
can be redeemed in the Beauty Spa, or specific treatments. The exact
appointments for massages or cosmetic treatments must be arranged
separately by the guest – either in advance or on site.
What cancellation conditions apply when booking packages?
Cancellation deadlines vary by season. Outside the peak season, free
cancellation is often possible up to 14 days before arrival; on public
holidays such as Christmas or New Year's Eve, different and stricter
cancellation conditions apply in accordance with the hotel's terms and
conditions.
