To ensure an uncomplicated arrival or departure, we have compiled all the important information for you here. If you have any further questions, we are always happy to help.
Our children’s discount applies in the room with two full-paying adults.
0 to 3 years 90%
4 to 7 years 60%

We are happy to provide a crib and baby package (baby monitor, diaper bucket, kettle) free of charge on request.
For a binding room booking and for online bookings, we ask for a deposit free of charge for the recipient. This deposit is 30% of the total amount of the booking and is due at the end of the free cancellation period. Please note that the booking is only valid once we have confirmed it. You will receive further information with the respective booking confirmation.
Room cancellations are only valid in writing and must be reconfirmed by us. The terms and conditions of the Austrian and international hotel regulations and our current cancellation policy apply:
Cancellation conditions New Year’s Eve and Carnival
Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival
60 to 14 days before arrival 50% of the travel price
within the last 14 days before arrival 100%
General terms of cancellation:
Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
From 14 days before arrival and in case of no-show 100% of the booking amount*.
We also charge 100% of the booking amount in the event of early departure.
Cancellations will be charged for the entire vacation without deductions. There is no refund for unused services. The right of withdrawal according to §18, Abs. 1Z. 10 FAGG does not apply; instead, our General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) apply.
In your interest, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance (European Travel Cancellation Insurance) to avoid additional cancellation costs.
CHECK-IN:
Your room is ready for occupancy from 3.00 pm at the latest.
Check-in is possible earlier.
The spa area can be used all day on the day of arrival.
CHECK-OUT:
Room release (check-out) on the day of departure until 11.00 am.
Late check-out:
If available, a late check-out until 6.00 pm is also possible (for a fee)
You are also welcome to enjoy the SPA area on the day of departure. For this we charge € 25.00 per person incl. lunch snack & cake buffet (children up to 3 years free, between 4 and 14 years € 10.00 per child).
In cash, by EC card or credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
Four-legged friends are very welcome. Please don’t forget to register your furry friend in advance.
We reserve the right to charge a dog fee of € 35.00 / day (without food) for the additional cleaning costs and reserve the right to charge the costs of intensive cleaning in the event of gross soiling or extreme hair loss.

Simple & valuable.
With our hotel vouchers you give the gift of time, peace and relaxation.
Our hotel’s own parking lot is located directly at the hotel and is free of charge.
Underground parking spaces are included in all suites and superior rooms.
Bikes can be parked free of charge, securely and under video surveillance in our bike cellar. E-bikes can be charged free of charge in our video-monitored underground garage.
Please inform us in good time of any food intolerances and diets,** so that we can take these into account as much as possible during your stay. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible for our kitchen team to take various food intolerances into consideration without prior notification or consultation.
** Here we charge a fair surcharge of € 10.00 per day and person. This surcharge also includes the preparation of an individual evening menu, which is specially tailored to your needs and wishes.
