Our cuisine combines the best of the region with modern, creative influences. Our head chef Martin, who is Tyrolean by birth and has been an integral part of the team since 2012, focuses on high-quality ingredients that are prepared with passion and precision. The result: dishes that celebrate the flavors of the homeland and at the same time dare to think outside the box. Authentic and sophisticated. That’s how it tastes with us.

Our passion for regional ingredients goes right down to the smallest detail. We plant and harvest our own herbs. We share the fragrance with bees, butterflies and bumblebees, which are just as busy as our kitchen and service team.

A Hero’s Breakfast.

Morning delight

Good things are so close! For breakfast we serve bread from the village bakery, homemade jams, eggs from the Gartnerhof farm in Uderns, herbs from our own garden, as well as cheese specialties, hay milk and blossom honey from the region. Coffee and Prosecco are available anyway and there is also a station for freshly squeezed juices.

Snacktime!

Between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m., fresh salads and hot dishes provide energy. From 3 p.m., a sweet buffet with homemade cakes awaits those with a sweet tooth and coffee lovers.

Fancy a bottle?

True treasures come together in our wine cellar: exquisite wines from Austria and all over the world, carefully selected and perfectly matured. And because for us there is more to wine than just the truth, we organize an annual winegrowers’ evening during the regular guest week in October and throw the door to our wine cellar wide open. But a good drop knows no seasons. That’s why host Andi regularly invites guests to a private wine tasting. Cheers!.

Our bartender duo brings the spirits from London, Amsterdam and Budapest directly to the Zillertal. Sure, gin & tonic is always a good idea, but we wouldn’t be the vacation heroes if we didn’t also have a real knack behind the bar. Shake it and be surprised!
