After extensive quality controls and a strict mystery check, the Hotel Held was awarded the 4-star SUPERIOR quality designation by the Tyrolean Chamber of Commerce in January 2013.
This award confirms that the hotel meets the strict requirements of a 4-star superior hotel, which are demanded in Tyrolean tourism. In addition, the award stands for special service quality, friendliness and service.

For the eighth time in a row, we have received the Travellers’ Choice certificate from Tripadvisor.
We are very proud of this award, as only the best-rated hotels on TripAdvisor receive this certificate. That’s really something special.

Relax Guide Spa Award
For centuries, the lily has been a symbol of purity and renewal in many cultures. In the RELAX Guide, the lily identifies the best hotels in the wellness, spa, health and beauty categories. All wellness hotels in Austria, Germany and South Tyrol are tested and evaluated anonymously every year according to clear criteria. We are proud to have been awarded a Lily again this year. It stands for above-average performance and is a seal of quality in the hotel industry.
Falstaff
Thousands of guests – including 25,000 Falstaff Travel Club members and a selected jury of experts – have submitted ratings for over 1,400 hotels. Our hotel received excellent ratings. FALSTAFF is now the largest gourmet magazine in the German-speaking world with hundreds of thousands of readers in Austria, Germany and Switzerland and a magazine circulation of almost 150,000.
